The second of a total of eleven high-rises, this solitaire marked the start of development in the new district of Deutschherrn on the south bank of the Main in the 1990s. With due consideration to this privileged location by the river, the façade design is differentiated: Towards the north, to the city, a rigorous symmetrical order is evident, to the south is a more playful and individual arrangement, with differently sized balconies and loggias. The east and west sides have asymmetrically organised French balconies grouped into galleries. The architectural programme is reduced to a few, carefully deployed devices, supplemented by a unified colour concept. The clear cuboid building volume has eight main storeys finished with a penthouse storey set back from the façade on all sides; the roof projects over part of the roof terrace. Most of the high-quality apartments in this building are freehold.
