Responding to the existing architecture along Europaallee, this residential tower has a uniform face on its boulevard side. At the rear, however, are three projecting sections that accommodate private and shared spaces. With its stepped storeys on the south-facing side, the building creates a gateway situation with the high-rise on the opposite side of Europaallee, while also mediating between the different scales of the boulevard and the local street. This arrangement also enables the provision of generously sized terraces on four levels. Rounded corners emphasise the residential character of the building and create identity.
